The Football Foundation is one of the largest sports charities in the world – and certainly the largest in the UK. As the country’s largest funder of grass roots football, the Foundation has delivered thousands of facility and community projects, as well as free kit and safe goalposts, since its launch in July 2000.
Working as part of the Business Services team, you will be the first point of contact for all external enquiries about our organisation via telephone and email. You will also assist with diverse administrative tasks as required, in order to provide cross-team support within the organisation.
Experience:
Experience in an office environment demonstrated by:

Delivery of effective administration

Customer service provision

Efficient handling of high volume enquiries at busy times

Clear communication with customers to ensure delivery of a high quality service.
