our corporate partners

We would like to work with a number of corporate partners. If you would like to work with us, please let us know.

Nike

The Football Foundation and Nike began their formal partnership in September 2004 when Nike became the official kit and equipment supplier for the Junior Kit Scheme. Since beginning the partnership, the two organisations have worked together seeking to interlink elements of Nike’s Corporate Responsibility initiatives with the work of the Football Foundation whenever appropriate, including a number of pitch donations, players attending Foundation events and the very successful Stand Up Speak Up programme.

Barclays

The Barclays Spaces for Sports scheme is a partnership between Barclays, Groundwork and the Football Foundation, providing £30m to create or improve sports facilities in communities across the UK. Twenty-six flagship sites have been delivered with matched funding from the Football Foundation. A further number of smaller sites have also been created, offering a range of sports including basketball, netball and tennis through to skateboard and BMX tracks.

BT

Communicating for Success (CfS) is an initiative aimed at using the power of football to assist with tackling digital exclusion and improving communication skills in the UK. BT is making an initial first-year investment of £500,000 in the scheme, which will be matched by the Football Foundation. The programme aims to help people of all ages connect with the ‘digital society’ and make learning more accessible through links with football and other sports. Participants will have the opportunity to improve IT literacy skills and raise educational attainment, while also encouraging them to participate in football and sport through playing, training and coaching.
