Expression of interest form
Before you are able to submit a formal application you will be asked to fill in an expression of interest form and discuss your project with your County Football Association.
When we receive your expression of interest form, we will send a copy of it to the FA and the appropriate County FA, who will be able to give you more advice on applying for money from us.
Please note, this is not an application form. It is provided to allow us to help you with the process of applying for facilities funding.

Application Form
Once your project is approved by your County Football Association Development Manager and verified by the Foundation you will be sent a link to complete a full application and work through a bespoke sign off sheet. You are now ready to make a formal application for grant aid to the Football Foundation.
You will notice as you progress through the Application Form that many fields are pre-filled with the information you supplied us with at the expression of interest stage. We ask that you review this information and confirm that it is still accurate. Some of the information provided at EOI will need further detail adding at this point, and this information is clearly marked on the Application Form.
