Please discuss your project with your FSIF technical adviser and project manager before applying for a grant. If the matter relates to design, planning permission, construction, or something similar please contact the appropriate technical adviser.
Documents
We have published eight technical information sheets that offer you step by step advice on planning your project and give detail minimum specifications on various aspects of facilities. It is essential that your project complies with these information sheets.
We have also published Accessible Stadia, a good practice guide to the design of facilities that meet the needs of disabled spectators and other users. The publication has been funded by the FSIF supporter of the Football Foundation, and the Football Licensing Authority (FLA).
The FLA have also published a Guide to Safety at Sports Grounds on behalf of the Department for Culture Media and Sport (DCSM).
