A successful applicant can redeem their £400 voucher against any item contained in the specific junior kit scheme catalogue, which is provided by the Foundation’s contracted kit supplier - Nike. A catalogue is distributed with each voucher and cannot be reissued if mislaid.
The voucher can only be redeemed in this catalogue. It should not be used at any other retailer, supplier or shop. We will not refund, reimburse or reissue any misused vouchers.
In applying for the Junior Kit Scheme grant, applicants agree to order a minimum of seven shirts with their voucher as part of our terms and conditions.
The order cannot be split or items exchanged once dispatched (unless the fault of the supplier). If you wish to purchase extra items over the £400, please contact the Nike helpline on 01274 724433.
The voucher is valid for a period of three months. Vouchers cannot be reissued and must be exchanged within the period.
No other branding can be added to the kit/equipment supplied with the exception of a club badge. The numbering option offered by the approved supplier is acceptable. Each football kit and most of the accessories are branded with the kit suppliers logo and the Football Foundation logo.
Please note that there are some County Football Associations and Referee Associations who do not permit black shirts to be worn in their competitions. Please check with your local organisations before ordering as we cannot change kit once it has been dispatched.
If at any point you require any help with filling in your application form please contact the Junior Kit Scheme Administrator on 0845 345 4555 ext 4274 or juniorkit@footballfoundation.org.uk.
Once you have placed your order, please phone the Nike helpline on 01274 724433 if you have any questions about delivery or missing items.
