application process and timings

Each funding round follows a two-staged process. For Round 4 this will be implemented as follows:

• 22 November 2011 – Round 4 opens for Expressions of Interest for Category A and B applications.

• 3 January 2012 at 17:00 – Round 4 closes for Expressions of Interest for Category A and B applications.

• 13 January 2012 – Applicants informed whether Expressions of Interest have been successful or unsuccessful.

• 16 January 2012 – Round 4 re-opens for Stage 2 applications from applicants who submitted successful Expressions of Interest.

• 2 March 2012 at 17:00 – Round 4 closes for Stage 2 full applications.

• By the end of June 2012 – Applicants informed of the Panel’s decision. Successful applicants offered grant award in accordance with the Panel’s decision.
