All applications will need to meet the following criteria:

Create or refurbish sports facilities for community provision

Originate from a professional club community-led operation linked to existing social intervention revenue projects to create a community hub in their local area

Provide a lasting sporting benefit to the local community with a supporting business plan outlining the sustainability of the facilities operation

Serve to increase participation in sport in deprived, disadvantaged communities

Work in partnership with multi sector agencies including the local authority
