Where possible, a changing room facility should meet the FF technical guidelines. Existing facilities must be structurally sound, fit for purpose and should pose no health, safety or child protection risks to its users.

There must be no direct line of sight into the changing areas when the main door is open. There must be no shared usage of changing or shower areas, strictly one team per room.
Where possible, a changing room facility should include:

• a minimum of one toilet per changing room 

• separate officials changing space

• a separate toilet for use by spectators

• only one access into/out of the changing rooms
