MP opens new changing rooms £100,000 Grant: Steve Double, MP for St Austell and Newquay, officially opened St Dennis AFC’s new changing room, following the club’s unprecedented growth over the last year or so. The new facility will be used by four senior sides and more than 110 junior players. £152,080 Grant: Thorpe United FC, an FA Community Standard Club with 16 teams ranging from Under-8 to veterans were delighted that MP for Selby and Ainsty, Nigel Adams, opened their 3G pitch at Field Lane Sports Centre. The facility will help the club expand their Under-21 and disability teams. The sports hub has allowed Chinnor FC to base predominantly adult, but also junior football, at the site along with tennis and a return of cricket and bowls to the venue.
