Pat Rice onsıde| ISSUE 39 FSIF 38 FOOTBALL STADIA IMPROVEMENT FUND The Football Stadia Improvement Fund (FSIF) is solely funded by the Premier League and provides an annual budget of £5.2m, which is invested into clubs at the lower levels of the football pyramid to make sure that they are not hindered by the cost of ground improvements. Grants are awarded to help with a range of infrastructure projects, including but not limited to: new stands with provisions for disabled supporters, floodlights and turnstiles.
