Unless there are exceptional circumstances, a minimum of 10 year security of tenure is required by leasehold or freehold. An applicant with a licence only, will be required to have the freehold or leaseholder as joint applicant. (Security of tenure is a guarantee that you own or will be able to use a site. This can be acquired via a lice, lease or freehold.)
