Before you employ a contractor to start work, you need to send us the ‘Grant Acceptance’ document and satisfy all of the pre-construction conditions detailed in your Offer Letter. Usually, you need to send us copies of the tenders you received for the work and a tender evaluation report.
When you have fulfilled your terms and conditions, we will write to you to give you permission to start work. If you start work before you receive this letter from us, you may invalidate your grant. If you are in any doubt, please contact your Technical Advisor or Project Manager.
