The grant will be reduced. Our grant detailed in your Offer Letter is the maximum amount we will pay; the most important figure is the percentage. In other words if the grant is for 50% towards a total anticipated cost of £150,000, up to a maximum of £75,000, and the project eventually costs £120,000, the Foundation will pay a total of £60,000.
