Man Utd Boss Sir Alex Ferguson joins pupils at Broadoak School to officially declare its new community sports site – the Partington Sports Village – open for use.
Broadoak School, based in the Trafford area of Manchester, was awarded £1m from the Football Foundation towards developing brand new state-of-the-art sports facilities, which is benefiting pupils and local people alike. The Manchester United Foundation also provides coaching and other community activity at the site.
