Inflatable pitch 

The Foundation has a new inflatable football pitch which is available for hire at a reduced rate. It can be put up on any grass surface and can be erected within an hour allowing football to be taken into every community.

 

The pitch is 30m x 20m and comes with its own fan, all clients need to have an electrical supply at their event or provide their own diesel generators. The fans required to inflate the pitch are 1500w (1.5kw) each and four are needed to inflate the whole pitch, which means a total of 6000w (6kva) is needed. However, if you are also having the speed tunnel as well, you will need another 1500w or 1.5kva equaling a total of 7500w (7.5kva).

 

Bearing in mind that generators do not like to be run at full capacity for very long, we would recommend something nearer 10000w or 10kva, or a 6kva and a 4kva be used.

 

Should you wish to make an enquiry about using the pitch, please fill in our inflatable pitch/speed tunnel request form. Once the form is received, the Foundation will contact you within five working days with a quote for using the pitch and, providing you are happy to proceed, your booking will be confirmed.

 

Please note the size of the pitch if you are holding your event indoors.

Inflatable speed tunnel

The Foundation also has an inflatable speed tunnel which measures the speed at which you kick the ball into the tunnel. Like the inflatable pitch it can be hired at a reduced rate and can be erected in approximately 30 minutes.

 

The speed tunnel is 4m x 4m and is 3.5m high. You will need to allow a further 4m on the length for a run-up area and the radar system at the back. Should you wish to make an enquiry about using the speed tunnel, please fill in our inflatable pitch/speed tunnel request form.

Costs for using the pitch/speed tunnel

  • The pitch and tunnel are stored in Havant so will need to be transported from there to your venue. Transportation is based on 0.45p per mile from Havant.

  • The prices are based on one man and a van at all events.

  • Van Hire per Day £60

  • Day event approx £190.

  • Hotels - if an overnight is required £95 per night

  • Food - if an overnight is required £30 per night

How do I find out if I can use the inflatables?

You will need to fill in an inflatable pitch/speed tunnel request form.

 

What happens once I have filled in a request form?

Your form is sent directly to the Foundation, who will read through your form making sure that you are eligible to hire the inflatables at a reduced rate. Once they are happy they will put together a quote with all the information received and send it to you within five working days.

 

What happens once I have received a quote from the Foundation?

When you have received a quote you must email the Foundation to let them know if you would like to proceed with your booking or not. If the Foundation does not hear from you within two weeks of sending out your quote they will assume that you no longer want to proceed with the booking.

 

What happens when I accept the quote and want to proceed with the booking?

Once you have accepted the quote you will receive a confirmation email from the Foundation regarding your booking. You will then be contacted nearer the time of your event regarding logistics.

 

How do I get invoiced?

The Foundation will send out an invoice in the post just after the event takes place.

 

What happens if I would like to cancel my booking?

The Foundation requires the organiser to give them two weeks notice should you wish to cancel an event.
