claiming your money

Claims will not be processed until all of the Terms and Conditions of the award have been meet.

General information

• There are two payment runs each month, on or about 15th and 30th.

• We will endeavour to meet the next payment date, providing the paperwork is received at least ten working days prior to the next payment date. Please note that claims for facilities grants may take up to 28 working days to process.

• (a) The original signed claim form, not a photocopy, must be submitted, (b) Plus evidence of expenditure (this may be a photocopy).

• Claims are paid in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of your award.

• Claim forms should be submitted every six months in arrears unless otherwise stated in your Terms & Conditions.

• To avoid delays in processing please send in signed original copies of claim forms and ensure all details have been fully completed in accordance with your Terms and Conditions.

• Supporting documentation of all items listed in the Grant Expenditure Statement should be attached to this form (photocopies are acceptable).
