Claims for subsequent payments must be requested using the Grow the Game claim form on an annual basis.
It is strongly recommended that all evidence of expenditure (receipts and invoices) are kept as the Football Foundation may request to see this information at any stage.
A monitoring and evaluation form must be completed each year of the project.
