community small grant

Please note a change to the way small grant payments will be made: Rather than receiving six months payment when a claim form is submitted, the full years grant will be received.

As before:

• The first payment will be paid in advance on receipt of a signed claim form.

• Claims for the 2nd and subsequent payments must be supported by evidence (eg invoices, receipts) of expenditure incurred.

• A monitoring and evaluation form must be completed each year of the project.

Claims should be made on a claim form and submitted to us together with copies of relevant invoices on an annual basis. 

Payment will be made by BACS transfer. Please ensure that we have your correct bank details.
