You need to inform us of any official launch of a scheme or opening of a facility.
For facilities projects, please ensure you have the appropriate free signage in place at your site before your launch.
Please let us know six weeks prior to the event, so publicity can be planned and all relevant people can be invited. We always like the County FA and a local MP to be invited.
If you are organising an official opening or launch event we need to receive details about your plans.
If you are organising a cheque presentation we need to receive details about your plans.
We may supply a photographer to attend an opening ceremony or cheque presentation. If this does happen, we will provide them with a clear brief about what is appropriate in terms of content – images should not be allowed to be to be taken outside the activity being covered. We will hold the images recorded and may use the images in our/or our corporate partners’ external publications or on the website. You may ask us for copies of the photographs.
