About six weeks before your facilities project is due to be completed or six weeks before your community project is due to start, please contact our authorised signage contractor, Hawes Signs Limited, to arrange for the appropriate free signage to be installed at your site.

Please ensure all signage is in place before your opening ceremony or launch. It normally takes four weeks for signs to be installed from the time you order them.
For facilities projects, section 10 of the terms and conditions of your grant requires you to arrange for the appropriate signage to be installed.
All signage is paid for by us.
