To make sure that you are getting the most publicity out of your grant, here is a check list to remind you what you need to do.

Sign and return the acceptance of your grant to the Football Foundation.

Take photos of what your site looks like before construction work has started and send them to the Foundation.
- Keep the Foundation up-to-date with the progress of the build (sending us photos and stories) and let us know when you are going to hold your official launch.
- Order signage for the new facility
- Invite your local MP, National Governing Body and Foundation representative to your opening ceremony

Write a press release to send to your local media to publicise the opening cermony.
