monitoring and evaluation

After you have been offered a grant, the Foundation needs to gather details of how your project is going. This is required for a number of reasons:

  • To see if the project is going as well as you had hoped and to offer support where necessary.

  • To ensure the Foundation pays the grant efficiently, in line with the work that has been done.

  • To check that building quality is up to standard and will leave a legacy for future generations.

  • To measure the impact of our grants, both locally and nationally.

  • To gather data for our funding partners on how Foundation projects help to hit national targets.

The exact monitoring process depends on which scheme your grant came from, and how much you received.
