To make sure that you are getting the most publicity out of your grant, here is a check list to remind you what you need to do.

Sign and return the acceptance of your grant to the Football Foundation.

Take photos of what your site looks like before construction work has started and send them to the Foundation.

Order temporary signage for your construction site.

Organise a cheque presentation by ordering a giant cheque.

Write a press release to send to your local media.

Make sure you have adequate branded items and you have downloaded a copy of the Foundation's Corporate Guidelines from the website.

Keep the Foundation up-to-date with the progress of the build (sending us photos and stories) and let us know when you are going to hold your official launch.
