The Football Foundation has an allocation of branded items that we can send out to projects free of charge. Please understand that as we award so many grants, and receive large amounts of requests for branded items we are restricted in what we can offer to projects.
If you receive branded items please make sure that they are used for all photo opportunities on the day of the official opening and are not forgotten about. Branded items are for those that will benefit from our funding and are not to be given out to helpers on the day.
To request branded items please email us at events@footballfoundation.org.uk, stating the name of your project and date of your official opening in the subject heading. We can send out the following items:

Beanie hats
-
Drawstring bags
-
Waterbottles
Please keep your requests up to a maximum of three of each item (for example the maximum amount of items you can requests is T-shirts x3, beanie hats x3, drawstring bags x 3 and waterbottles x 3) and remember that we will not be able to send items to every event.
If you have been contacted by the Foundation to say that we are going to be sending out branded items and they have not arrived two days before your event email us at events@footballfoundation.org.uk, stating the name of your project in the subject heading, or call Sam Hamilton on 0845 345 4555 ext 4294.
We would also encourage that if you ordered a giant cheque when you announced funding from the Foundation that you reuse your giant cheque for photo opportunities on the day of your official launch. If you did not organise a cheque presentation to announce your grant you can easily order a giant cheque online by filling in the following form.
