We may supply a photographer to attend your official opening. If this does happen, we will provide them with a clear brief about what is appropriate in terms of content - images should not be allowed to be taken outside the activity being covered. We will hold the images recorded and may use them in our/or our corporate partners’ external publications or on the website. You may ask us for copies of the photographs by emailing us at events@footballfoundation.org.uk including the name of your project in the subject heading.
If you are arranging your own photographer we suggest that you try to be creative with your images. If you are struggling for ideas we have included some creative photographs below.
When a Foundation photographer has been organised you are required to complete a photography consent form for any young people included in pictures taken at your event. All forms (either a copy or original) must be either emailed to us at events@footballfoundation.org.uk stating the name of your project in the subject heading or send them to The Football Foundation - Events Team, Whittington House, 19-30 Alfred Place, London WC1E 7EA.
