Friday 12 October 2012 saw the opening of eight brand new tennis court facilities with 4 adult and 4 mini courts available at Hornfair Park in the London Borough of Greenwich part funded by Mayor of London: Facility Fund.

Courts will be free of charge for casual use until the summer 2013 with the City Tennis club Adult and Junior coaching programme commencing in November.

The park is now a designated Sports Hub in the borough, providing an excellent range of sports and Leisure facilities including a purpose built regional BMX racetrack and grass Football and Rugby pitches
