Pre-application advice
In order to apply for Retain the Game, non-Charter Standard clubs will need to demonstrate they are willing to commit and work towards Charter Standard status. This requires clubs to contact their County FA and initiate the process prior to submitting an application. Charter Standard status will need to have been achieved by January 2019 to receive any further funding in 2019.

Contacts for your project

Find the contacts for your county who will help you with your project:

  • Select the County FA your organisation is based in (Note that Birmingham FA includes Warwickshire and Gloucestershire FA includes Bristol.)
  • Press the Search button.

Please note: you should contact your County FA Development Manager or the Football Foundation's Retain the Game team for any enquiries. Grant Officers should not be contacted for Retain the Game projects.
